How quickly will I receive a quotation?
For test jobs, within 5 business days after we receive your RFQ package. For design jobs, within 1-2 weeks.
What do I need to send to get a quote?
It depends on the service. In general we need your product definition, bill of material with part numbers and manufacturer names, schematics, Gerber files, test point file and net list, target quantity and delivery time. The quote page lists exactly what is needed for design, ICT, functional, ESS and JTAG jobs.
Is there a charge for an initial consultation?
No. We offer a free initial consultation.
Which test strategies do you work with?
JTAG/boundary scan, in-circuit test, functional test, environmental stress screening (ESS), burn-in and combination strategies. Choosing the most effective and most economical strategy for your product is part of our quotation, at no cost to you.
Can you design and build test fixtures?
Yes. Beyond vacuum fixtures we implement multi-board fixtures for low-volume or complex products, split fixtures for high node-count boards, dual-well fixtures with throughput multiplier and share-wired capabilities, and dual-stage fixtures with functional test incorporated.
Do you only test, or can you also design and manufacture products?
All three. We design electronic systems and embedded products, develop and carry out testing, and handle contract manufacturing through direct access to multiple plants so we can source the best price and provide technical and logistic support through to delivery.
What happens after I accept a quotation?
You issue a PO and we assign a project supervisor to your job. The supervisor sets up milestones or a schedule, keeps you informed of the expected delivery date, reports progress and issues, and makes sure every stage is documented and delivered on time.
