Process
How we handle your design job
- 01
Quotation within 1-2 weeks
After we receive your RFQ package, you get our suggestions for the most appropriate design strategy, a detailed scope of the job and a cost estimation (excluding validation costs).

Kick-off
When you accept the quotation and issue a PO, our engineering team assigns a project supervisor and sets up milestones.
- 03
Preliminary design and costing
We create preliminary schematics and a preliminary bill of material, and estimate components, PCB, assembly and test costs for the prototyping stage and for production, based on your estimated annual usage.
- 04
Prototype design
We finalize the schematics and PCB design for prototypes, finalize the bill of material with alternate manufacturer part numbers, and order the PCBs and components.
- 05
Production and test strategy
We establish the production and test strategy for prototypes and for volume production.
- 06
Delivery
You receive a working, manufacturable, testable prototype along with a volume production and test strategy package. If validation is required, a separate quotation is prepared.
